FREE ACCESSInformation within reach.
Envoy İlk Adım brings vehicle and battery information together in one place. The web version lets you search by vehicle make and model and open the available resources.
The app covers lithium-ion battery fire risks and electric vehicle guides. We offer it to firefighters and rescue teams as a free information resource.
Before introducing the app to your team, check the availability, language and currency of resources for the required model. Download it from the official store or use the web version.
Store names: “Envoy İlkadım” on the App Store and “Envoy Fire” on Google Play. The language of individual resources may vary; check before use.
Use the resources alongside current vehicle manufacturer documentation and your service’s procedures. The app does not replace training, incident command or an emergency call.
