Short answer

Business preparation starts with vehicle information, site arrangements and staff procedures. Equipment should be considered within that context. A short incident video is not an instruction to fight a vehicle fire yourself.

Why is the absence of flames not the end of assessment?

In its June 2026 EV fire account, the fire service in Mysłowice discusses cooling, temperature monitoring and possible reignition. The account illustrates assessment by emergency responders. It does not establish the performance of an Envoy EX product.

Three different discussions

For a fleet, identify the vehicles and responsibility for post-incident arrangements. For a workshop, describe the acceptance of damaged vehicles and the work carried out. For a car park, explain parking, charging and staffing. Bring these details together for the person assessing site protection.

Our preparation checklist

  • Vehicle models and access to current manufacturer information.
  • A parking or workshop plan showing access and evacuation routes.
  • How incidents are reported and information passed to responders.
  • Existing equipment and the people responsible for maintaining it.
  • The purpose of the discussion: documentation, a needs review or a product presentation.

This checklist organises a consultation. It does not specify separation distances, extinguishing quantities or operational firefighting procedures.

How should you assess a product demonstration?

Ask what the demonstration is intended to establish, the battery and equipment configuration, the completion criterion and how subsequent observations will be documented. Agree who is responsible for organisation and safety. A result only has meaning in context; it should not automatically be transferred to another vehicle design.

The next step for your business

Prepare a one-page site description and a list of missing documents. This supports a discussion about Envoy EX and the potential role of the solution in the protection plan. If a fire is occurring or smoke is present, do not use a sales enquiry form: move to safety and call emergency services.
